This result clearly shows how well we have developed in terms of product quality and the high level our production has reached. This is particularly true given the fact that the majority of our products are handmade by experienced employees.

This success fills us with satisfaction and motivates us to stick to our goals in the coming year and exceed them once again. We would like to thank the entire BKT team, who can be proud of having contributed to this fantastic result with their work.

The considerable energy and continuous effort we invested in the further development of our business processes over the past year have paid off. Thanks to this commitment, our DIN ISO 9001:2015 certification remains valid.

The results of the audit reflect our commitment to quality, transparency, and sustainable improvements. We rely on clear responsibilities, measurable goals, and regular reviews to further develop, implement, and establish reliable processes. Our team has once again demonstrated that cooperation and diligence in all areas lead to the continuous improvement of our standards.

Our customers have been able to watch that a lot has changed in our company. They have surely realized how much our process quality, communication and adherence to delivery dates have improved since the business takeover in 2021. This is what they have told us in conversations as well as by good supplier evaluations (BKT is A-Supplier – Brandenburgische Kondensatoren GmbH).

We are very proud that our hard work to professionalize all interfaces and processes bears fruit. In this context, we want to emphasize our continuously increasing development work for customized products. We wanted to let an independent party confirm all these improvements and, therefore, changed our external auditor. So, since this month, we are delighted that all our corporate processes are recertified to DIN ISO 9001:2015 by DQS.

During the last few weeks, we received our supplier evaluation for the first half of 2024 by numerous customers. We are proud that we were constantly honoured as A-supplier and we are happy that our work bears fruit: We exclusively deliver products of the highest quality at the lowest prices, and we deliver punctually at the confirmed delivery dates.

This encourages us to keep working on ourselves and to stick to the objectives that we have set for us:

• We pursue a zero-defects policy and deliver flawless products of high quality.

• We deliver on time domestically and abroad.

• We defend our price leadership in EMI products 100 % made in Germany.

In this spirit, we look ahead optimistically and look forward to a successful second half year 2024 with plenty more satisfied customers.

Due to our endeavour to further increase the quality of our products and services, Mr Daniel Kuschel has been working for us since 1 July 2023 as product manager and quality management representative. Mr Kuschel is a qualified industrial foreman and has profound and broad knowledge in the fields of electrics and electronics. Brandenburgische Kondensatoren Technologie GmbH will profit from these skills and from his first professional experience in this field as he will maintain our product portfolio of EMI suppression capacitors, EMI suppression filters, and passive components. Moreover, he will promote our product development and he will professionalize and accelerate the development of individually customized prototypes. In this context he will also take care of the exceptionless realization and further increase of our high quality standards. We are sure that he will learn the ropes of his interesting work area quickly thanks to the support of our whole team.

So far, the male quota in our female-dominated company was below 40 %. The recruitment of Mr Christian Bubak made a little contribution to gender justice at Brandenburgische Kondensatoren Technologie GmbH. Mr Bubak is a trained mechanic and was promoted to team leader after some years of professional practice. Thus, he could already gain first experiences in production management. He has been working for us since 1 January 2023 as assistant production manager and will ensure that we can continue to supply our customers with the usual punctuality, quality, and diligence in this position. We are sure that he will fit in well with our team and that he will learn the ropes of his new work area quickly thanks to the initial training by our production manager Mrs Gottschalk.

We are happy to welcome Mr Bubak in our team and we wish him success for his job as well as great pleasure in his work for our company!

That means that they are conform to EU Directive 2011/65/EU regarding the Restriction of Hazardous Substances in electric and electronic devices as well as to EC Regulation 1907/2006 regarding the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. Thus, all our customers can be sure that they always receive impeccable goods meeting these standards when buying BKT products.

We have been working on the digitalization of our in-house processes since 5 May 2022. In the context of this project, an ERP system will be introduced and a complete digital time-tracking system will be established until the end of the year. This project is financially supported by the European Union through the Brandenburg Innovation Voucher.
